Solar Signals (Sample Pack) - 197 Sounds

Solar Signals is a lofi sci-fi sample pack suitable for creating strange and unique moods in your productions.

The sounds are based on an old sample pack I created several years ago. I decided to rework them and create a resonating pitch which naturally derives from the sample - the resonance did not come from layering new sounds. Using pitch detection and resonators, I've isolated the more dominant frequencies naturally occurring in the sounds, and simply brought them out more. I've used the dominant frequency as the basis for building the harmonic series to create a pitch. In some cases, lower frequencies were favored over higher ones - meaning that there may be sounds where a higher resonance seems more dominant.

Having dominant frequencies/pitches could make it easier to incorporate into existing productions. It also makes it easier to use as a foundation or transition in music, where a certain frequency needs to be brought out more.
Some sounds are more complex, and have multiple frequencies competing.
The dominant pitch is denoted in the title of each sound, and they are organized by pitch - making it easier to search for a specific frequency you may need.

If you do not need the isolated frequency version of the sounds, I've also included the legacy collection released in 2018 (which was called "Weird Wild And Wonderful" - sounds a bit like a certain type of film title I won't mention). Some of these samples still have dominant frequencies, but they are not labeled.

CONTENTS:

In total there are 197 "tonally" focused sounds (1.11GB uncompressed, 48khz @24 bit)
and 199 "legacy" samples (1.04GB uncompressed, 48khz @24 bit)

Please listen to demos to get a general idea of the length of the samples.
They range from very short (about 2 seconds) to medium length (about 30 seconds) with long reverb tails (in addition to these estimates).
